Why planning context matters

A schedule is only
useful when people
can explain it later.

Work patterns change across teams, locations andshifts. When schedules, changes and actual timelive in separate conversations, decisions becomeharder to reconstruct.

TEMVERIS connects the planned expectation to thegoverned workforce record so reviewers can see therelevant context without relying on memory.

Plan is the TEMVERIS platform capability that connects schedules and expected work patterns to the governed workforce record so planned context can be understood alongside recorded time.
No. Planning describes what work was expected. Capture records time and attendance through approved inputs. Both can contribute context to a governed record, but one does not replace the other.
A planned shift describes an expected work window. Captured time is a recorded input from an approved source. A difference between them needs appropriate context and review; it is not automatically proof of an attendance problem.
TEMVERIS positions the governed record around traceable change and decision history. The versioned scheduling interfaces shown on this page are implementation proposals and must be validated against the contracted product before being advertised as currently available.
